Return Policy

 

CAN I RETURN A PURCHASE?

Yes, all purchases that are eligible for returns can be returned for Gift Card Credit only.

Please submit your return request within 7 calendar days. Any submission after the stipulated timeframe will be strictly denied. Upon successful submission of your return request on our returns portal, you will receive a return approval email from Red Dot Photo within 3 business days. 

Before submitting a return request, please ensure your item is eligible for a return using the eligibility checklist below.

1. Original product is required. Exchanged or returned product(s) must be in its new and original condition attached with its original price tags and Packaging.

2. Original receipt must be presented for Return. 

3. Purchases made using Gift Cards Credit are not eligible for Return. 

4.Used items cannot be exchanged or returned due to our strict hygiene policy.

5. Promo / Sales / Discounted items are not eligible for Return.

6. For returned and refunded items, a 15% restocking fee will be applied.

7.For exchanges, you can exchange the item for one of equal value. We will not issue refunds for any price difference resulting from the exchange.      

8. Red Dot Photo reserves the rights to reject any exchange or return that do not fulfill any of the above stated requirements.
